Small Peculiar

Columba livia can breed at any time of the year, and you do sometimes see intrepid cocks dancing in fall and winter, but it’s not very common. I saw the first dancing of the season a few days ago in Madison Square Park and it filled me with hope that this horrible winter won’t last forever.
