Speaking of meditations, I have to get into meditating, but I also have to get into writing my novella and somehow managing not to be so sedentary that I actually take root, so it’s not as easy as it might sound. Today was the first light box day of the season, that’s one weapon I know is effective against my winter moodiness. Enough sleep, coffee in moderation, interaction with other humans, exercise, work. These are the important things. All year round, but especially in fall and winter.
